  • Starting March 1st, 2022 I will only be able to process debit/credit cards, cash, or check payments.

    Venmo/ CashApp will not be accepted.

  • Please arrive at your make-up appointment without make-up or skincare on.

    For make-up appointments, lashes, skincare, and other face products will be provided, however, if you prefer your own, please bring them to the appointment.

  • Hair appointments also vary time-wise due to numerous factors including, but not limited to, hair length, styling, and coloring application. As a client, please communicate any time restrictions you may have before the start of the appointment as some appointments can take up to 5 hours to obtain desired results. The appointment length needed will be better determined after discussing a client's hair goals and wishes.

  • Starting March 1st, 2022 I will be switching over to time-based pricing! Have you ever walked into a salon wondering how much your appointment was going to be and stress about how much you are going to tip? Time-based pricing takes the guessing away from you and makes the payment more streamlined and you will always know how much your service will be! Time-based pricing is all-encompassing, meaning if I feel like you need a clarifying crystal treatment, or deep conditioning all of this will be included in my hourly rate, no more added fees. The hourly rate starting March 1st, 20211 is $100. With my hourly rate, tipping is not necessary.

    When booking your service, I will be able to tell you what your estimated total will be in that scope of work needed. Meaning, if you are needing a full head highlight with a haircut that would take about three to four hours equaling out to $375-$500.

  • A minimum of 48-hour cancellation is customary. Should an appointment need to be canceled or altered, please let me know as soon as possible. Any same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

    Life happens–running late? There is a 15-minute grace period, please call (505) 331-4818 and let me know your estimated time of arrival.

    Please note, a $20 late-arrival fee will be added, however, if you are more than twenty minutes late– your appointment may be forfeited.

  • If an appointment is not scheduled for on-site/travel service, the appointment will take place at Bespoke Salon, located at 3550 E Indian School Road, Phoenix Arizona.

    Upon arrival, our valet team will happily park your car in our designated parking lot. If valet services are not desired, there is additional self-parking located west of The Stand.

  • Considering that the time needed for make-up appointments vary, there is a scheduling minimum of 45 minutes, with the option of increasing up to 90 minutes.

    Factors that affect the time necessary for your application include, but are not limited to, intricacies involved, scope of color, and coverage. The appointment length needed will be better determined after discussing a client's cosmetics goals and wishes.
